Red-team findings

In short

The red team is a separate agent that tries to break your design. Findings have a severity; blockers stop the gate, majors need a fix or an accepted risk with a reason.

Severity

What it means

Blocker

Stops the gate until fixed or accepted by two people (Team plan)

Major

Fix it or accept it with a written reason

Minor

Advice; does not block

What it looks at

Requirements: does the design solve the problem?

Engineering: failure modes, margins, wrong assumptions

Safety and law: harm, privacy, certified-installer steps

Sourcing and buildability: single source, end of life, tools needed

Accepting a risk

Write who accepts it and why. Accepted risks stay visible in the project and in the procurement guide, so a builder sees them too.
